Membership dues and pro-rate policy
When you join or renew your CBA membership between September 1 and December 31, we will bill you the full annual membership fee.
From January 1 to May 31, new or renewing members pay pro-rated fees based on the portion of the year you are a member.
CBA refund policy
When you join or renew with the CBA, you do so for a full year. CBA membership fees are non-refundable.
Your CBA membership dues are billed as an annual fee. While we offer a range of payment options, your dues should not be treated as a monthly subscription. Once your annual fees are paid, you are a member for that year. If you pay your annual membership in monthly installments, the entire remaining balance is due in full once you cancel your membership.
If your employer (or other third party) pays your membership dues, the CBA will not refund any portion of your fees to your employer (or other third party). If your relationship with your employer (or third party) ends, and the employer (or third party) wishes to recover your CBA membership fees, they should recover those fees as part of the departure settlement.
